Rollback + Server Restart

The earlier server restart has causes rollback. I've lost items i traded with player and now the item are no where to found. It's a VSS with 4L 18%Str 18%avoid. I've also lost 350k nx (around this figure).

May I suggest that if there's a server restart, Admins do give player atleast 10-15mins time to take notice to avoid such accidents happen.

Question is how do I get back all these items and nx. I've spend whole day (10 hours) farming NX and all I get in return is 0.

P/S - I've no idea where to post this so i'm posting it under bug report session. Sorry If I posted at the wrong place.

The admin did a notice that had "Server restart"

And another notice said "Server will shutdown in a minute please log off safely"

Looks like you didn't read them so it's quite your fault.

As I said the admin should have given a notice atleast for 10mins. You cant just log out whenever you want right. There's certain time you need the 10mins to settle some stuff.

if admin give you a news or annoucement
you do what he say on the spot
we are not giving any 10minute or times
im sure rhapsody gived the players around 30 second
30second is enough time to log off
So your not getting your stuff back.
also even you did have your vss
but you have no proof that you had it

First of all, those VSS were Vandales, second of all they were 18% str 12% avoid, not 18%.

i'm not lying. we had a trade alright. you can ask him in person.
