[Server] A message to Admin...

Hello Admin,
with all my respect of course;

RhapsodyMS it self is pretty good, but the support we are given is not good... When the server started we had 80~100 players online in a day, and we were growing up....however, now we have between 30~65 players online in a day... and sadly we are losing users daily!

Something is wrong and the users, including me naturally, need you to be more active and motivated to support us! Also you could get a good staff, so you are not alone doing this. ## EDIT: I did not meant to say that the current staff is bad, but they can not handle all for their own(of course they can't be online 24/7, that is why more staff is needed ##

The players know that the server&game is awesome, and think about this... Many users are still here, playing, or just waiting; to see what will happen with the server and the support problem... Do you think that we , the users, that do not like a private server would still stay here waiting for a fix? Exactly, the answer is NO. Then...Why are we still here? Because we like the server, we can see a potential in it, and we want it to grow and keep going on!

If you were more active or with a good staff, like I said before, bugs/glitches would be fixed very quick, and people would like that! Quick updates or at least quick answers to our suggestions and bug reports!, and so... The RhapsodyMS Community would grow very very fast, meaning more players, more satisfaction for the users, more donations to keep the server alive!, and why not? Your own satisfaction for being the owner of a Successful Server!

We have a nice staff already
It just that in canada is a examweek.
so we are busy with real life stuff
next week we will be starting to fix all the bugs reported on forum

Terrific suggestions. I absolutely 100% agree with it.

The server in its current situation is getting worse and worse as the days go by with no response from the staff team of updates.

Like I said before in one of my earlier post. Communication is key in a successful private server aside from the bugs and glitches being fixed.

It is ok that you have things in real life to do, but it is not hard to make a thread saying what you told me now something like;

"Guys be patient please,

We are having real life issues! But we are aware about your problems and the bugs that you have found, we are hoping to start fixing all the bugs you reported the next week!"

^ It is just an example... So people can see that we do have support and that we are not playing this server alone!

This is what I find irritating. Instead of replying with a nice rational explanation you post something snotty and biased. If the admins are having exams they could of at least put up a notice about it.

Keeping a clear line of communication is what makes an online game successful, its the fundamental responsibility of the team to do that.
