Stuck in Game

Dear GM,

My character is stuck in game for almost 2 hours from the time i'm posting this. Whenever I tried to login It says that ID are logged in.

IGN - GelGel or GelMan (sorry couldn't remember which one was being dc-ed)

If you are stuck in game, You gonna have to wait for an admin to restart the server or just wait for GM to DC you. (And by they way how did you get stuck?)

I've no idea how did I get stuck. Was either entering cash shop or exiting cash shop. Can't remember tho.

If it say Account already logged in
-Your stucked in game-

If it say Error-38
-Wait for the Next restart-

yeah it says ID are already logged in. So basically i'm stuck.
