Problem is that nothing drops Elemental Staff 5-8 in the official version, but they seem to have been added to random monsters on here (at least #6 has), so googling it really isn't gonna help much.
I do believe both Showa and Ellinia gach give out Elemental Staves, though. I got #7 from Showa once in GMS, but I can't say for sure that gach will give out the same items on here.
