cant get pass the nexon logo

when i try o load up the game, it loads up fine. but when it gets to the
point were the nexon logo is supposed to show up,
my game closes and a disconnected from login server error pops up.

how do i fix it?

P.S.
i have windows 7 64x
and i DONT have any loopback adapters installed

Tried to re-install your MS??

If that didn't work try to re-download the client.

yes i have tried reinstalling ms and it didnt work
so i will try redownloading the client

Are you using v111.1 or Is your folder updated to gms

Yeah, Make sure you got V1.11 ,

Cause GMS is V1.12 now
