He never said he didn't have proof. He just said he would help him if nothing else could be done...

Sorry for your loss, however, I don't believe GMs/Admins can refund you for lost items.

If getting hacked need a prove, take a photo of him hacking your account? What prove do you need..

For the loss , i believe the person can access the DB to check your ip/login history.
It would be easy if you could list the date & timing for them to check. But i don't know if they would help ..

it was 121% int.. gloves, shoes, overall, cape, racoon mask, earrings and belt.

what did it even happend just wiped?

i traded the equips to my other char.. 1min later the server crashed. then it was offline for a day. then i logged in and the traded items were gone..

this is what i think, why the items are gone.

Yes if that was the case im sure your item will be gone..
when was this and did you hear any staff reminding player about
a restart

it was on wednesday, 20th june, 6:30PM. and there was no warning about a restart or something
