Loss of Skills for DB

So i was playing last night and i finnaly maxed out phantom blow at lvl 30, and also bought final cut and got it to lvl 6. when i woke up this morning and when on ms, both those skills dissapeared. Im quite upset and i dont know what happened. Anyone have an idea of whats going on?
